DFS, Distributed File Systems

AWS S3,Amazon S3,Amazon Simple Storage Service,是由 AWS 提供的存储服务;

Swift,OpenStack Object Store,前身 Rackspace Files 存储,也属于对象存储;
但是 Swift 提供 AWS S3 兼容层,能够“伪装”成 AWS S3 存储;

Alibaba OSS,是阿里云提供的对象存储服务,其与 AWS S3 兼容;

MinIO,高性能的对象存储,在云环境或云原生环境中使用,其与 AWS S3 兼容;

内存类型中 SRAM 和 DRAM 什么区别?

易失性存储器

两种类类型:SRAM(静态);DRAM(动态);

内存条是 DRAM 的,因为同容量下的 SRAM 需要更多的晶体管,发热大,很难做成大容量的主存储器。通常 SRAM 用在 CPU、GPU 的缓存中,容量很小;

SRAM 存储元件所用 MOS 管多,占硅片面积大,因而功耗大,集成度低;DRAM 存储元件所用 MOS 管少,占硅片面积小,因而功耗小,集成度很高;

SRAM 采用一个正负反馈触发器电路来存储信息,所以只要直流供电电源一直加在电路上,就能一直保持记忆状态不变,所以无需刷新。DRAM 采用电容存储电荷来存储信息,会发生漏电现象,所以要使状态保持不变,必须定时刷新;因为读操作会使状态发生改变,故需读后再生;

SRAM 不会因为读操作而使状态发生改变,故无需读后再生,特别是它的读写速度快,其存储原理可看作是对带时钟的 RS 触发器的读写过程。DRAM 因为特别是它的读写速度相对 SRAM 元件要慢的多,其存储原理可看作是对电容充、放电的过程;

SRAM 价格比较昂贵,因而适合做高速小容量的半导体存储器,如 Cache。相比于 SRAM,DRAM 价格较低,因而适合做慢速大容量的半导体存储器,如主存。有三种刷新方式:集中、分散和异步

非易失性存储器
